Does this make me "that" mom?
Dd starts kindergarten 9-6, next Thursday.
The other day we got a lovely note form her teacher. Telling her all about her summer off and how excited she was for the school year. She closes with "looking forward to seeing you next Wednesday."
Wednesday?
I checked all our paperwork says Thursday. So I call and ask. I say I'm sure it's just an error, it wanted to verify. They say yes, it's Thursday and ask which teacher. They say thanks for the heads up, we'll be getting a lot of phone calls now. 
So today we get a postcard from her teacher, saying "oops,,I'll see you Thursday, not Wednesday."
It seems light hearted and sweet, and I certainly was not raising hell.
Am I that mom?

Same here. I wonder if there is an orientation of some kind. My son starts Thursday but we have orientation on Wednesday.

You're that mom that saved the school calls by having the teacher send out that postcard
I feel bad for the teacher. I know it's a simple mistake but she's definitely kicking herself.

The teachers probably start Wednesday with the kids starting Thursday, they do in my district, maybe that's where her confusion came from? Regardless, I would have called too!!

It was probably Wed. Last year and she didn't fix it. As a teacher, I've Made mistakes like this. As a mom, I would've called too.
