does this sound like an ulcer?

hey all

ok, so i had my usual large coffee this morning... for lunch i had a bagel with cream cheese, and a tropicana orange/peach/mango juice.

Very soon after i drank half the juice, my stomach felt like it was all in knots.

i sometimes get the same feeling when i have tomatoes

does this sound like it could be the beginnings of an ulcer?

it could be acid reflux. Try some OTC antacids and see if that works.

sometomes very acidic foods/drinks can upset the ph balance in your GI tract, try some tums and if it is relieved than you know ou have acid in your gut
