Does this sound like eczema?

My poor baby's skin looks terrible. His skin is all red on his neck and in the creases of his knees, elbows, and armpits.

Yes! I actually had to take Emma to the dermatologist it got so bad. Call your ped - mine told me to use 1% hydrocortozone on the bad area's and Auqaphor until I had my appt with the derm.
My derm. told me to use dye free laundry detergent - double rinse clothes - no dryer sheets - lukewarm baths under 10 mins. - and to wash with fagrance free soap - only right before she is ready to get out of the bath so that she is not soaking in it.

Emma's skin was red, hard and she was constatly itching til she bled.

Thanks for the advice! I'm bringing him to the ped tomorrow morning. He doesn't seem to be bothered by it, but it just looks awful. It seems like it's starting to ooze in some spots.

Same thing happened to Emma. The hydrocortosone made a huge difference, but the meds the derm gave her are even better!
