yup. time is not on my side. Im 39. TTC .
#3. I try my best to be as healthy and
active as I can. Not sure what almost 40
is suppose to feel like but I feel good.

I'm in my early 30's and everything I read is getting me nervous... especially since I've been trying for months!
Good luck to you!! I keep reminding myself you're only as young as you feel.

In my 30's too. Not quite "advanced maternal age" but not a young chickie either. Oh well. We'll see what happens.

Yes I worry about that often.
I'm 34 going to be 35 in July and we'v been trying 5 cycles now.
I really feel like we are timing everything right, but it just isn't happening. Reading about your odds after age 35 is scary.

Yes reading about statistics after you turn 35 are It took 2 years for my daughter I would hope if it is meant to happen it will be sooner than that. Im just hoping this month when i use the OPK i get a smile...a positive... SOMETHING so i dont freak out and think great now im old and not ovulating! I go to the OBGYN in April so lets see what happens. Maybe 37 will be a great year lol

yes i think about it and worry all the time. Ill be 32 in October and have yet to have #1. I thought I'd be done with 2 or 3 by now.

This. I worry too but I still think that women have healthy children into their 40s now so I just keep hoping that it will happen for us soon.

I hope 37 is a great year, because I just turned 37 last month and am trying for baby #2.

I was 38 when I conceived my first. It was our second month of actively trying. But we had not been preventing for 2 years prior. So I was nervous. It was actually once I relaxed a bit that we got pregnant. (I know everyone says to relax and it is so hard ).
My age makes me nervous as I am now 39. DS is almost 6 months and once he is 6 months we will be trying actively for #2.

YES!! I'm turning 31 this year and trying for #2. I know it's not too old in maternal age but I'm certainly getting there! What makes me feel it more is that I had DS when I was 25 and I feel so much older now :/

Yes! I think we were kind of lied to by the women's movement and the media. I was always led to believe that it's easy to get pregnant at any time, any age, up to 45. You graduate college believing you have so much time for career and partying, but biologically that's just not true. Just because someone looks young, it doesn't mean her eggs are.
