BTW It's illegal to offer free stuff for voting, so you should be able to do ANY of these offers w/o a sticker.

no sticker and no Starbucks either! 
Our Starbucks claims that since they are in a Target, they are part of Target Corp..... oh yes, I am going to be doing some investigating on this!!

I didn't get a sticker but I painted my face red, white and blue in the obama symbol and I'm walking around shirtless with "I voted for Obama" painted on my chest.. (The O & A strategically place of course)
How ironic. I dressed as Cookie monster today.

updated:
I called Starbucks Corp. to check this out... they agreed that Starbucks within other stores are Licensees (not Franchises though) and can choose to participate or not. Not smart.... DD keeps looking better everyday!

Starbucks is a franchise, right? So Target probably owns that franchise. Also, individual franchises aren't necessarily required to participate in all promotions.
