What town is Blydenburg in? It must be a huge park to have trails for the dogs too. Very cool!

Yeah he is a Wheaton. How old is your Dad's? boy or girl?
My Dad's Wheaton is a boy. He's about 4 or 5 years old. His name is Baxter and I swear he looks like a stuffed animal that came to life. So cute! I've got to find a picture of him.
Can't wait to hear how Barkley liked the dog park!

One of Baxter's talents is taking flying leaps from one carpeted area to another (avoiding the hardwood floor). I've always wondered if this was a Wheaton thing, or if it's strictly a Baxter thing. Does Barkley like to jump from place to place?

So are dogs allowed all over Blydenburg? I always assumed they were just allowed in the gated dog run.. Are there places there that they are NOT allowed.. Knowing me I'll bring my dog & go in the 1 spot they're not allowed..

lol.. i was nervous too. but we went all the way to the dog park. then we took a trail to the lake. and there were no signs that dogs could not be there an no one said anything...

Awwww! I would be too! I told my DH about the lake and asked what he thought about bringing Domino, and he was concerned that Domino might not know how to swim.  I admit, I laughed at him a bit. Don't all dogs instinctually know how to swim?
How was it geting Barkley into the water? Did he run in on his own and just start swimming or need to be coaxed in?

He ran right in! lol.. He never was in water before. I was so nervous. He walked in and just started to go hehehehe. I had to call him back I was so affraid! Then he just wanted to go back in lol..
