Domain Home Furniture
So I ordered furniture from them a few weeks ago.....I call to find oud out when it will be delivered....they went chapter 11 and yes I paid in full on my Visa.....but my statement did not arrive yet! Domain will not issue me a credit! CC company said I need to get a credt from Domain..Any ideas! Thanks

OMG!!! This is horrible! I did not hear about this. This is one of my fave stores for furnitures. I have ordered quite a bit of things from them in the past.
I am so sorry you have to deal with this.

The same thing happened to me with Levitz.... My cc company ended up crediting my account for the amount I paid Levitz.

Chapter 11 means they're reorganizing, not going out of business. Did they tell you that you definitely weren't going to receive your furniture?
FWIW, Levitz filed Chapter 7. They're going out of business and liquidating all their inventory.
