DOUBLE QUESTION
I MENTIONED THIS IN MY LAST POST BUT I AM CURIOUS TO KNOW, HAVE YOU GONE FOR BLOOD AND SONO DURING THE DAY AND BEEN TOLD NO COME BACK TOMORROW FOR MONITORING BUT THEN DID AN OPK ON YOUR OWN AND IT COMES BACK AS YOU HAVING A SURGE? DID THIS RUIN YOUR CHANCES FOR THE MONTH? IM UPSET

When you are ovulating you have a 24-36 hour window. So if you surged today, tomorrow should be fine.

I was monitored, told to come back for hCG trigger in the afternoon, but got a + OPK and a call from the office saying no trigger, coming in for IUI tomorrow. You probably will be fine if IUI happens the next day (after the surge). This link has some good info. on IUI timing:link

the blood test is more accurate than the OPK. I wouldnt worry about it.

i agree....OPK's can have false positives.
