down 17lbs so far
I have been hanging on to alot of extra weight from this last pregnancy(dd is 19mths ).
so I just decided I wanted to fit back into my clothes.......I am nervous because we are going away for 6days and we will be eating out .......anyway I still feel I have a way to go to be back in a size 4 or even a 6 but I am trying
so please wish me luck!!!!!!

Good luck...remember when you go out, stay away from the creamy sauces, cheesy stuff and the desert. You should be OK

You are doing great!
When you go out to eat, make sure you have a salad & a big glass of water as your first course & then try to choose fairly reasonably for dinner. If you do a buffet, salad bar first also.

my friend (my3boys) asked me today if I was gonna keep up with the exercise while on vacation and I said I wasnt sure but I just remembered the hotel has a gym so yes I will be exercising and I am quite excited about it now
