down a pants size!
I won't tell anyone around here how happy i am that i wore sz 12 jeans today. 4 months ago was in 16s.
it is a slow process but happy to see results(every 2 months!)

Awesome! I haven't lost too much yet (~7lbs) but a friend of mine commented today that it looked like I lost weight. Yay! I started WW 2 weeks ago!

 no real secret, bfing. dairy free soy free diet.
i count my ww points.
walk 2-3 miles in the AM pushing a double stroller.
