DPO question
DPO is that the days after you ovulate, meaningthe start of your period?
I am a little confused with the tracking. I'll admit I need to read more.
TIA!

Re: DPO question
DPO=days past ovulation The first day of AF is CD1 (cycle day 1), from there, when you know you ovulated (usually by charting or using OPKs) you can count using DPO. So, if you ovulated on day 14, then the following day is 1DPO, and technically also CD15. HTH
