DPO question
Ok..so I am new to this DPO stuff b/c I never tested so never really knew when I O'd...anyway...I got my smiley on Saturday so I figure monday is 1DPO (thanks to the help of you girls) ok..MMC is telling me that AF is supposed to come on November 10th...that would be 15 DPO for me....do I still wait to test till after then? People are always talking about testing at 10 DPO...but that's a big difference...what do you think?

Yup- Monday is 1dpo.
I think most people will have an accurate pregnancy test by 13DPO or later. So i think it would be ok to test 2 days before AF...if you do not want to hold off to see if she arrives.

Last time I just counted the day after my + OPK as 1DPO. But I don't really go by that when figuring out when to test. I'm on a 28 day cycle and pretty much always very accurate with that so I just try to test about 2 or 3 days before AF is due.

Ya that's the thing...I'm pretty much 28 days also so I guess I'll just wait as long as I can...yet again I will be out of town the weekned before AF is due...and that helps get my mind off thigns...but we are going to Mohegan sun and alcohol flows there so I don't want to be irresponsible...I had this same problem last month..lol

Im going by DPO this cycle. Im going to test 14 DPO. I really have no way of telling at this point when AF is due since I O'd earlier then normal and I havent tracked my LP since before I got pg the first time.
Last time I got a BFP 14 DPO so lets hope thats the case this time. Also, I got the smiley on Thurs and counted Sunday as 1 DPO. Should it have been Saturday? Maybe Im really 4DPO and not 3?

Last cycle I had a 17 day LP  I'm going to wait to test until the very last moment. My only BFP came on the day AF was due, I didn't test any other times.
IMO I think 10 DPO is entirely too soon, but I probably think that b/c I have never had a BFP that early and I hate BFNs as we all do
