i thought that they bottlles wear and tear so u have to replace the nipple due to that??

I think Diane was referring to the Stage 2 nipples, that's what she thought you were referring to (that's when they look like they're struggling to eat you can up the nipple size)...what you're asking, I haven't yet, but when we moved from the 4 oz. bottles officially to the 8 oz. ones about a month ago, I guess I technically replaced all nipples. I'll probably do it every 3-4 months.

how many bottless do you have? i have only changed nipples when i moved to level 2 or changed to 8oz size.
obviously if one looks crappy throw it out.

Ihaven't brought new nipples yet, because we just moved to the two hole last month. We switched to the two and Y when they started cereal last month.

DD has been on the same nipple size for about 6-7 months now. I just replaced most of her nipples because I thought they just didn't look so good anymore. They were kind of cloudy, and where the hole is in the nipple looked kind of "yellowish" when I would squeeze the hole open.

shes drinking out of 8 oz now....i think shes on level one nipples...whatever 8 oz comes with

All your bottles come with level 1 nipples. You don't have to replace them, they won't wear out. But you might go to level 2 but you have a while before that.
