I have seen them in BRU. Personally I used level 1 for my preemie and he was fine.

They have them at BRU...I nursed and I ended up using these for DS since he would spit up the whole bottle if I have him level 1!

I've seen them in Buy Buy Baby and Kmart. Kmart has them for 2.99 and I think BBB has them for 4.99.
