Dr. Cusumano and Dr. Carvo in North Massapequa
Does anyone go to Dr. Cusumano or Dr. Carvo as their primary care physician? I saw Dr. Cusumano twice, but I've only lived in the area for a year and I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about them. Opinions, recommendations, etc.
Thanks!

I went to Dr. Carvo for a long time, and so did DH. We both left the practice about 2 years before we moved, because we were just fed up.
They are both great people, and great doctors--but their practice is WAYYY too big. They have another doctor (can't remember his name, he's either Ukrainian or Russian) and he is just awful. I was pawned off to him a few times when they got really busy...which was quite often.
They are great doctors, but I wasn't happy with the quality of care I received at that practice. JMO.

I agree with Beth. They're both very nice guys and good doctors, but they have a whole lot of patients - there were times when I found it hard to even get in to see them in a timely manner when I lived in NY. I also had an issue with a less than pleasant nurse/assistant there.
