Dr for uterine fibroid removal

I just went to a new obgyn and it is believed I have a fibroid partially in my uterine cavity. I am having heavy bleeding and this is believed to be the cause. One of the options is a hysteroscopy to remove a portion in the uterine cavity. I refuse to go back to the office I was at, due to a quite few things that went on with my apt that were unacceptable, and besides that, she told me to live with it with high doses of Ibuprofen during my periods rather than hysteroscopy. I am also still TTC with DH. Can anyone recommend who they went to in reference to this? I was under the care of a few different fertility drs in the past, but no longer and not sure they would see me for just this. Now I don't even have an obgyn at the moment. Willing to travel anywhere for a decent dr.

I had 2 removed. At the time I was seeing dr marshak at Suffolk ob/gyn. She was great through both surgeries. I moved and changed drs cause it would have been an hr drive.
