If you went for your NT scan at the office with Madonna......is it Internal or External? Will they guess the gender at that time? Does Dr. Hanauer discuss results with you afterwards?

When do you find out the gender?

Mine was external (yay!). Be prepared for lots of gooey stuff.

The tech we had did not tell us the gender (or say much of anything ).

I called for my results about a week or so later and got them over the phone. They were also briefly reviewed at my 16 week appt. (with Laura, a RN there).

We'll be finding out the gender at the Level 2 sonogram (at 21 weeks, but some girls have it done earlier).
