Too bad they have a lot of oil in them They aren't as good for you as they used to claim they were. They lost their American Heart Association logo because of not being so accurate on their labels...

For the fans, what do you think of the spinach and potato pancakes? They are soooooooo good but I find myself very  gassy afterward. Well worth it though!

I used to love the California ones, but ate too many, mad emyself sick of thwm and can't eat them anymore. I love the Tex Mex burgers now.

Im sure they have the right stuff on there now. On the old package I have in my freezer they have 90 calories and like 4grams of fat or something like that.
