Dr. Trongone?? Opinions please...
If you are a patient of Dr. Trongone - could you let me know what you think of him and his office? Also if you have already delivered with him, how did that go?
I am in the process of finding a new doctor and he is on my list of potentials...
TIA!!

Re: Dr. Trongone?? Opinions please...
I love him!
I've seen his name pop up occasionally on here so you can do a search for more info.
I find him thorough, caring, straight forward, proactive, and very calm. His support staff is awesome. I think he has a secy and about 12 nurses. They are all really nice and very helpful. I had a relativiely easy PG (at the end I did have high BP so I ended up being induced) but I did have a couple of times where I needed to be seen unexpectedly and they were just like "why don't you come in now if you can." (I work at NSUH so it was easy for me to pop in whenever).
Since he's a single practitioner he does offer elective inductions if the conditions are favorable (I know some people have issues with that) but he does not push if you're not interested in doing that.
He is awesome in the delivery room. Very calm, supportive, and encouraging. Overall, my entire PG and delivery experience went perfectly.
FM me if you have any specific questions.
