Dr.Appointment Today - Fingers Crossed We See Something! - Update!
We have another dr's appt today at 2! I am praying that we see something! Last time we couldn't.
I should be about 5.5 weeks (I think, dr will be sure today).
I'm going to ask her about my iron too. I've always been borderline anemic and sometimes I just feel so tired I can't even lift my arms.
So excited! I hope we see something!  
*Update*
So we just got back and saw the sac and she said that she did see something else in there. She tried to point it out to DH and I but it was so subtle we couldn't see it.
The doctor says everything is looking good! I go back in 2 weeks for the pregnancy workup and we will be looking for the heartbeat. YAY!!
She says that I am 5 weeks. I feel like I've been 5 weeks forever though! Don't you count it from the first day of your last AF? Or is it from ovulation that she is counting?
Either way we are so happy!

You're so lucky, my dr. won't even see me until at least 7 weeks so DH and are like, on the edge of our seats waiting, we go next week!

You're so lucky, my dr. won't even see me until at least 7 weeks so DH and are like, on the edge of our seats waiting, we go next week!
She didn't want to see me until 8 weeks either, but I muscled my way in LOL!
I've had bad cysts in the past and I would not have been sleeping thinking there could be some type of complication. Even now it doesn't feel real.
I need to read "the secret" again because I spend so much time worrying that I feel like I am going to bring something bad on.

Gotcha.
I'm exactly the same way though, it stilll doesn't feel real, it won't until my appt I don't think when I know everything is ok. I'm kinda superstitious too so I feel like if DH and I even talk about it too much before our first appt I'm going to attract the evil eye or something. I know, I'm nuts.

i got a sono at 5W 5D and i saw the little bean there, it was just amazing  hope you get to see something, but don't freak if you don't!!!

We we saw the heartbeat, I was 8 weeks based on my LMP, but  was only measuring 7 weeks. I thought I ovulated 1 week late so that made sense. The tech said that when it's early on, the accuracy of the measurements is +/- 4 days. Don't worry if the doctor said you were a few days behind. At my most recent sono (around 13 weeks), was measuring a week ahead.
ETA: The doctor is probably saying you are 5 weeks based on the sono measurements. That is a more accurate estimation than basing it on your LMP.
