Dreamfields pasta and WW points UPDATE
Dreamfields is 5 net carbs so would I use that # for carbs. I know that # takes soluble and insoluble fiber into account so I put 0 for fiber. I get 1 pt for the 1/2 cup serving that way.
Other than the fact they say its low glycemic and 5 nets carbs, the #s are pretty much the same as regular pasta so I don't think you would add the whole 41 g carbs for dreamfields, right?
Reg pasta is 5 pts for 1/2 cup.
UPDATE: I just looked through the 9,800 books I received at WW yesterday and Dreamfields is in the WW food companion as 5 points- just like regular pasta. Still doesn't make sense to me b/c all of those carbs aren't digestable.

Re: Dreamfields pasta and WW points
The nutritional label on their website says total carbs are 41g. I would use that number and the 5g fiber from the label as well.

Re: Dreamfields pasta and WW points
But the nutritional facts on dreamfields is the same as regular pasts. The whole point of dreamfields is that it's made with something that only allows you to absorb 5 net carbs. So it really doesnt have 41 grams of absorbable. I just dont know if I add the fiber # to figure it out on the points calculator or if that would be 0 b/c they use the fiber to calculate that its 5 net carbs.
