Before I gave birth and afterwards, I used Lansinoh cream. You can find it at Target or BRU. It's great for dry and/or cracking nipples. If you want to BF it will be your saving grace too! HTH! Chat Icon Chat Icon

just we careful when using the cream and put nursing pads on when using it because it is an oil base and will destroy your bras and (if the bras are thin) you clothing...

As you reach your 3rd trimester you should stop washing your breasts with soap or body wash b/c it can dry them out. Definitely use this too.....you might not need it everyday. I agree though it is greasy, I wear breast pads with it and b/c I have leaked since 20 weeks. HTH
