Dry patches on DD's leg?? Anyone know what this is?

Dry patches on DD's leg?? Anyone know what this is?
It doesn't seems to bother her at all, but it feels like dry, raised patches on one of her legs.
Has anyone had experience with this? Is there something over the counter I can use?

It could just be a little dry skin, or mild eczema- DD gets them also.
I definitely recommend Cerave! Get the tub of the cream though, not the tube. It's thick and mild and really has made DDs skin perfect!

Definitely sounds like eczema - try Aquaphor. That always works for DS.
