Put raw cabbage leaves in your bra. I know it seems crazy, but you will be shocked how well it works!!

Thanks! Unfortunately, I can't leave the house and go to the store to get cabbage leaves tomorrow, but maybe if I'm still in discomfort I can get a cabbage on Saturday. Thanks ladies! I'm definitely going to take Ibprofen though.

This helped me too, but I never BF to begin with. Also, a really, really tight sports bra and Ibuprofen. And don't let the water from the shower touch them either.

It works, even though it sounds crazy! Cabbage leaves in a sports bra for a few days will help!

YES! This!

ETA: Tight sports bras and no water hitting your chest when you shower.
