DS has a horrible cold
He was up and down all night last night and hasn't napped for more than 20 min. today. I am using the saline nose spray, the humidifier and gave him a bath but he is just so congested. He can't breathe through his nose so he needs to breathe through his mouth, but than he can't suck on his binky which he uses when he sleeps. So he is just miserable and exhausted.
Is there anything else I can do to help his congestion?
ETA: Do you think the Vick's Baby Rub will help him? I have never used it before.

baby rub is great. a cool room w humidifiers and steam rooms are all that help my kids
