DS kicked my stomach really hard, I am 36.5 weeks pregnant
DS is 18 months. I was changing his diaper on the couch and he kicked my stomach really hard. He hates being changed so all he does is squirm and kick. He nailed me right in the stomach and now I'm worried. Do you think the baby is okay? He kicked pretty hard.

I think you are fine. The baby is well protected in there. Lots of padding around them. I would watch out for sings of contractions or weird/ no movements. You will probably be sore and have a bruise. If you are call your dr butt sense is you are ok

ITA with this.
BTW, nothing wrong with pinning them down using your elbows & knees when you change them.

I'm sure your fine. DS kicked me many times when I was pg. Call your ob if you're feeling off. I wouldn't stress over it.

I'm sure the baby is ok. Like the PP said, there's a LOT of padding in there. I fell down a flight of stairs at 30+ weeks when I was pregnant with DS and other than some bumps and bruises, both baby and I were perfectly fine. I would give your OB a call if you feel funny or start having contractions.

I'm sure you and baby will be fine. Switch to pull ups, you can change a fighter while they are standing up and occupied. I started using them with both of my kids at about 1 year. Made life a lot easier.
