DS starting Thursday's Child - tips?
DS is starting Thursday's Child on Tuesday for his ABA therapies (he was diagnosed with PDD-NOS). DS is 20 months old.
What can I expect? I'm sure he is going to cry. Any tips???

My DS was diagnosed last summer just before his 2nd birthday with PDD-NOS. He wasn't making eye contact, not speaking at all, etc...
He is going to be 3 next month, and he is a different child. I did not use this agency, but the ABA services he has received this year were amazing!! People told me I would see major changes, and like you, I couldn't see the future, but every single one of them was correct. His eye contact is so great now!! He's cuddlly and always wants to sit on my lap now, and is talking all the time. It's been a great year. Good luck!
