DS's 5th b-day party was great!
DS had his b-day party at our karate school. He had a blast! It was formatted just like his normal class, but with pizza and cake at the end of the party. He loved the attention, and he loved the fact that he knew what was going on, but everyone else was "new". Many of the parents commented that this was the best b-day party they had been to. All the kids had a blast.
DW went overboard with food for the adults. We had chips, pretzels, carrots and crudite for snacking, then we had wraps and hero to eat. She had other stuff, too, but I was focusing on filming the party.
I'm not going to post any photos because all of the photos have other kids, and I don't want to post pics without their parent's permission.
DD's is at the end of the months.... with at least 3 other classmates' parties (so far...) in between...

It sounds like a fun party and you should know by know that us moms always go a little nutty when planning a party
