and I am soo ready to go.. Any one know of the myths to jump start my labor.. I had spicy food and nothing happened..

You actually don't need to have s e x per say, just have the ******... ok they blocked out the main part of my advice...its the big O....

I second walking, do you have a balance ball? Cleaning and laundry brought on labor for a friend of mine
That eggplant "myth" is so funny! Us italians would go into the labor early and way too soon. That's how I make my egglplant siciliana/rollatini!

Sex is always a good choice, I am sure DH would be happy to oblige  Walking my midwife said just can make you just tired but I would try it anyway. I also hear of drinking apple cider vinegar.

My mom said she was scrubbing floors and walls and cleaning like a mad women the day she went into labor with my sister! Maybe you can try that.
Castor oil I heard can bring on contractions but also gives you diarrhea
