Dumb question - how do you time contractions?
From the beginning of one to the beginning of the next, or from the end of one to the beginning of the next??

From the beginning of one to the beginning of the next one...
Example:
Contraction starts at 5:00 lasts until 5:01...next contraction hits at 5:08 lasts until 5:09...
Contractions are 8 minutes apart and lasting for 1 minute.
