Insurance Question

what kind of insurance do you and your husband have?
Do you have short term/long term disability? Life insurance?

I have all the insurances through my job. My husband's job gives him nothing except for health.

We are thinking of buying long term disability and life insurance for him, just in case god forbid something happened, and he had to be out of work, I would never be able to shoulder the expense of our mortgage and bills on my own. However, its very expensive! And, its an ugly thing to even think about.

Im curious what other people do. What types of insurances do you have? Its also important to note that we do NOT have children.

we both have life insurance through our jobs and supplemental individual policies. We both have long term disability through our jobs as well.

We are considering long-term care insurance if God forbid a tragedy happens and we need home care or placement in a facility.
