E-mail Return Receipt question (AOL)
I sent a thank you e-mail to someone the other day and checked return receipt on it. I would only receive the receipt if she clicked Yes, right? A person can click No and still read it, right? Does that make sense? LOL

Re: E-mail Return Receipt question (AOL)
i think it depends on who you sent the email to - whether it's internal or external. but, at my office if i send an email internally and put a rr on it - the person does have the option to click "yesr or "no" when they open it re: sending the receipt. so, they can read it, but you won't get the reply if they click no.
in my exp this isn't necessarily the case if i send externally.

It was external from AOL - I sent it to someone I interviewed with. So I guess she may have gotten it but since I have AOL either she clicked No or it doesn't work outside of AOL!
