I have never heard of any place that numbs the ears. I went to piercing pagoda and they did both ears at the same time so she only had to endure the pain once. She did scream when it happened and I felt awful but she was fine literally one minute later. She has never had any pain or issue with them since.
It is going to hurt but it will be over fast

Not sure of any places that numbs them, but its really so quick, and its harder on us then them. She will be fine, she will only cry for a few seconds.

if you want you can get an over the counter topical numbing agent (with your Ped's consent of course). They have them in the larger drug stores.

Ditto and at the same place but they did one ear at a time. They said I could comfort her after one ear but as I was crying I said just do it right away quick and just let him finish, then I took her (my friend held her I couldn't do it)
