early pregnancy
Can some of you women who have been down this route already Is it ok not to feel morning sickness? I'm 4weeks one day pregnant. I had a miscarrage last year and i was told that sometimes its not a good start.. Any wishful words here.. Could I be one of the lucky ones not to feel sick or should i worry... I have my blood work on wed and my sonogram in two weeks.... Is it cause I'm to early to feel it yet? Please some good advice ! I'm a nubie!

Re: early pregancy
I never had morning sickness. I must have taken a test 2 x's every week until my 12th week because i was convinced I wasn't really pregnant, or I was going to lose it.

Re: early pregnancy
I haven't had m/s yet and I'm 8 weeks along. Not having m/s is NOT a bad thing I know a handful of women who had successful pregnancy's they did not experience an ounce of m/s, my mom being one of them so take it as a blessing

Re: early pregnancy
That is an old wives tale. My sister had a perfect pregnancy with no MS or really any symptoms whatsoever. It is all in the way your body responds to the hormones.

Re: early pregnancy
it is still early. With my first pregnancy MS didn't start until 7 weeks.
Now (like you) I am looking forward to it and dreading it at the same time.

Re: early pregnancy
I'm 34w1d and didn't have m/s. There were a few foods that would make me nauseous after I ate them in the 1st trimester, but other than that I was one of the lucky ones.

Re: early pregnancy
My nausea didn't start until week 6 or 7. Also, some women are blessed with a m/s free pregnancy. I hope for you that this is your case.

Re: early pregnancy
I never had M/S, and several of my friends that did didn't get it until 6 weeks. Try not to worry, and let what others say go in one ear and out the other...it can make you crazy!

Re: early pregnancy
I am 15w and I have had no M/S. I sometimes at the beginning felt a little quesy at night but that is it.
I felt the same way b/c some people said it wasn't healthy and I get thinking something must be wrong! Meanwhile a good friend explained that not all women get it. For one thing, I have a very strong stomach plus my appetite was HUGE during the first trimester.
Just think positive! Good Luck!

Re: early pregnancy
It's still early. My morning sickness kicked in at about 7 weeks. Not all women either. You may be one of the lucky ones. Welcome to the craziness that is pregnancy. Try not to obsess too much.
