Easter Baskets - what are you putting in them?
What are you putting in your kids baskets this year? I'm trying not to stuff it full of candy and i was looking for ideas!
FWIW I have 2 boys - ages 5 and 3

Last year I put books to read, coloring books and crayons/markers. You can also do stickers or sticker books, bubbles, sidewalk chalk.

My dd is a bit older- 9- so I have a chapter book. Maybe a board book for your younger child and a picture book for the older one?
Otherwise I'll give her a candy bunny and a couple smaller items but that'll be it. Maybe a shower gel from BBW because she's into that stuff now. Over the years I have learned that less is more.

DD (9) is getting a bunch of books and diaries - her friends are all very into diaries and scrapbooks right now, candy, film for her instant print camera and mini photobook, a beanie boo and one of those exercise trampolines with the bar.

water guns, wiffle balls, practice golf balls, sidewalk chalk, a DVD for the 6 year old and a coloring book for the 4 year old

All 4 of mine (10, 8, 6 and 2.5) are getting chocolate and candy. And if they step out of line, they might only receive a pile of Easter Bunny droppings.

Easter Baskets - what are you putting in them?
My son has a nut allergy so no candy for him - I'm too lazy to read labels this year. ;)
He really likes Legos so I'm going to fill plastic eggs with Lego pieces for him to find, and in the basket will be outdoor games (I found a plastic horseshoe game), books, games (card games and pick up sticks), and a few small toys.

We usually go the beach theme route. Is year they will get the usually candy, a new bathing suit, snorkle set, burg bullets (bc we never have enough bullets??), designed duct tape and a Lego mystery pack.

DS is 5. We are trying to do away with sweets.
I got him a Funko Flash figurine (he loves the Flash), silly string, playdoh eggs, bubbles, chapstick, and one chocolate bunny.
Now I need a new basket to fit it all in!

So.... I finally finished LOL
My coworker's mom makes these little baskets by taping five candy boxes together to form the 'basket' then filling with grass and eggs that have treats and uses a taffy stick (wrapped) folded over for the 'handle'. All covered in clear plastic with a bow and lots of curly ribbon.
That and a Peeps Basket I got from Target with a Emote-icon heart smiley face plushy clip on I found at target too and another yellow stuffed peep to go with the pink peep that comes with. Mostly because my niece got a pink peep being mailed to her.
AJ thought that peep was super cute and little does she know she's getting one.
that's it.. over kill as is.. totally done.
no planting jelly beans for rainbow lollypop this year. just don't think she'll care.
ETA: Totally forgot we got that Funko Flash too!!! She's gonna go crazy for it!

My girls are 3 and almost 6. They each got a Barbie, 2 DVDs, Hair bows, chapstick, doll clothes, new sandbox toys, bubbles, and 2 chocolate bunnies. Then I'll just fill the eggs with some money/coins, stickers, etc.

When did Easter become Christmas? The pics I saw on FB 
DDs are 10 and almost 13. They got socks, water bottles, hair brush, various beauty products, money in eggs and candy.
I can't shop at the dollar store anymore for them so the baskets are small but still $$!

DD got candy - just like when I was a kid. She also got a book instead of another stuffed animal.
I don't celebrate Easter but growing up my friends only received a basket filled with candy.
I was wondering why so many fill it with gifts too
