easter brunch menu - Help!!
my family just decided to a brunch for easter. I have never hosted a brunch before. . .what do I make?

-orange juice
-variety of muffins (chocolate chip, blueberry, pumpkin, cranberry, etc)
-variety of bagels
-cream cheese
-lox
-sausages
-scrambled eggs
-omelets
-egg salad
-french toast
-regular toast with butter and jams
-fresh fruit platter
-fruit salad
-tuna salad
-chicken salad
-pancakes
-waffles
-quiches
-tea sandwiches (like PB & J, brie and cucumbers, and mozz with sundried tomatoes)
-deli platter (cold cuts, turkey, ham, provolone, swiss, etc.)
-rolls
-pasta salad
-banana bread
-cinnamon rolls
-biscotti
-banana chocolate chip cookies
-coffee cake

french toast casserole (Yum!)

also, i've made this before too and its so easy and tasty!

i thought of something else, i buy the frozen hash brown patties and heat those up, always popular for brunch!

last year we had a small brunch....more like a breakfast really. i made
-french toast casserole
-spinach and potato fritatta
-fruit salad
-bagels with cream cheese and butter
-bacon and sausage
-crumb cake
-chocolate chocolate chip muffins
i think that was it....but i feel like i am missing something?? we had 8 adults and 3 kids.
this year, i think we will be having more people so i am going to add
-pasta salad
-tuna
-egg salad
-honey baked ham
maybe something else....not sure yet.
