I made some chocolate bunnies for my neice and nephew so with the extra chocloate I dipped strawberries....and I even got fancy and made some that look like tuxedos :)
Also made a bunny cake----you take two round cakes and one is the face. With the other you cut a bowtie out of the middle and it leaves you with 2 ears (kind of hard to explain) It is decorated with licorice, m&m's, sprinkles and coconut. Last year we made easter egg cakes. You use the metal container a canned ham comes in and bake a cake in it--the perfect egg shape. I made a few last year and had a ton of decorating stuff and let the kids all decorate their own.
And my DH can't have a holiday without pastry--so he is heading out today to get some!
