Easter Dinner? I think I may host an "orphans" dinner for all those who don't have any where to be....Now the question is, what to make?

In my family we always ate pot roast b/c everyone liked to eat that. It made my mother's life simple.
What are you all making?

I have been a guest at a few "orphan dinners" and I like a buffet for them. I feel like, if I am not going to be with my family, I like a completely different feel, but that is just my opinion. I am sure whatever you make will be great and your guests will be grateful that you are hosting them!
