EASY Cookie Recipe Needed!
I am going to a Cookie Exchange party on Saturday night, and I need to make 70 cookies....and I have to bring the recipe so my typical pillsbury slice and bake won't cut it.
What's an easy recipe for cookies?

Re: EASY Cookie Recipe Needed!
These are my favorite cookies and they are really EASY and QUICK! I make them all the time.
Devil’s Food Cookies Yields about 3 dozen cookies.
1 (18.5-ounce) package duncan hines (or any brand) moist delux devil’s food cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips (Optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking sheets. Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Stir in optional candy/nuts. Shape dough into 36 (1 1/4 inch) balls. Place 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets. Bake for 10-11 minutes. Cool 2 min. on cookie sheets, then remove to cooling racks.
You can substitue M&Ms, reeses pieces, white chocolate chips, etc for the chocolate chips or any kind of nuts for the walnuts. I like using M&Ms in the christmas colors (Red & Green) for christmas time. they also sell red & green mint M&Ms... those are awesome!
I got this recipe from a booklet at the supermarket calle "Cake Mix Fun" There are so many yummy, quick, & easy recipes in here. Let me know if you want more of them.

Re: EASY Cookie Recipe Needed!
for the all cookie recipes, it is basically: 1 pkg cake mix 2 eggs 1/2 cup oil
the different variations are made by trying different cake mixes and adding either vanilla or almond extract, and some kind of nuts or candy.
