I got this off the huge list of crockpot recipes on the diet board, it was awesome!

1 lb of boneless skinless chicken
1 16oz container of fat free sourcream
1 can of fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix

place chicken in bottom of crockpot, mix all other ingredients together and pour over chicken. cook on low for 6-7 hours.

I served it over egg noodles.

1 chicken breasts is 4 points, and then just add the points for the egg noodles, or if you have it with rice, etc.

My boyfriend inhaled two plates of it, he really like it...and I thought it was really good. If you made this with the full fat sour cream it would be deadly.
