Easy Reheat Meals

So long story short...my grandparents moved last year about an hour away. He has been in and out of the hospital for the past few months and will be undergoing a 5 hr. surgery tomorrow...since the hospital is around here, my grandma is staying at my mom and dad's house and they're constantly having people stop by and going back/forth to the hospital and they're all physically and mentally drained.

What are some meals that I can make and bring over there for the week that they can reheat to make things a bit easier? I'm drawing a blank and can only think of penne alla vodka, cold pasta salad, lasagna and homemade mac n cheese but it's too much pasta. Any other suggestions?

Easy Reheat Meals

Chicken cutlets are the first thing to pop into my head..they're easy to re-heat and they're also really good cold, on a salad or in a sandwich. You could do grilled, fried or both.

ETA: Casseroles are super easy to reheat! I love Chicken Divan Casserole with Cheddar & Broccoli.

Any type of "pulled" dish- chicken, pork- will reheat well, even in the microwave. They can have it on buns with coleslaw on the side, or over brown rice.
You can also slice up a turkey breast or roast beef and have them eat with warmed gravy. Maybe a cold broccoli platter with lemon wedges as a veg.
Meatball subs.
And any type of make-ahead casserole.

Meatloaf, meatballs to go with all the pasta, pulled pork, chili, soups. A spiral ham would last and reheats well too. I would suggest a bunch of cold cuts and some cold salads that they could eat for lunch or an easy dinner and pull out for guests.

Taco meat. You could do both chicken in the crockpot as well as the beef and then send a bag of tortillas and the veggies.

Could also double for salad or quesadillas.

A pan of enchiladas?

Stews and soups (onion, pumpkin-- stuff like that is filling).

Maybe a pot pie or chicken and dumplings?
