Easy turkey sausage recipe for you

Ingredients:

1 package of turkey sausage

about 2-3 of each red and white potatoes scrubbed and cut in chunks

can of peas, drained (i like green giant)

1 large onion

Directions:

slice onion and place in bottom of baking pan dish.

add potatoes and top with sausage. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, little parsley and EVOO

Bake at 350 for about 45-60 minutues or until it looks done. About 5-10 minutes before it's done, add the can of peas.

Serve all together.

ETA: It might take a bit longer as the potatoes take a while to get soft.

love shadybrook turkey sausages! have them in the fridge now for friday! Going to cook them with veggies (zucchini, onions, muchrooms, and garlic) and then throw it together with dices tomatoes and cooked spaghetti squash, and add to wheat ziti.

With all the veggies I barely eat the pasta and we always have left overs!Chat Icon
