Eat, Pray, Love?
Im reading this now and I did a search on here. I saw many people had negative reviews. Sorry if this has been discussed already, but what are the negative reviews? Im still on the Italy section, and it makes me want to go to Italy and eat a lot!

Re: Eat, Pray, Love?
I liked Eat, Pray, Love.
There were a lot of comparisions to Three Cups of Tea, but I really don't think they are similar books. I've read both and really liked both.
Eat Pray Love is about a womans journey to find and heal herself.
Three Cups of Tea is about a man who tries to climb Mt. Everest, fails, is helped by a tribe in Pakistan and decides to build a school for them, and then makes this his life mission. Building schools for the poor in Pakistan.
Many posters thought that Elizabeth Gilbert was selfish, but I don't agree. Everyone has their own journey and this is a year of hers, where she needed to do something for herself.
I enjoyed it and learned from both books.
