Eat this, not that book
I'm looking to get one of the eat this, not that books but I'm looking for opinions on which version to get. They also have a cook this, not that book. Which one do you have/recommend?

I have the one for kids. I got it at Costco. I do recommend that because many of the foods in it are foods that you probably eat anyway. It covers cereals, granola bars, chips, etc.

We've got all of them and use them constantly. Each one has different types of information.
