Eating for Life Cookbook
I got this as a gift and it is very different from how I normally eat. Can anyone who uses it recommend the recipes they like best? I am looking to try something new.
Thanks!

There's a ton that both DH and I like, but of course I can only remember a few! There's one that's a stir-fry that has cabbage, broccoli slaw, ground beef in it (can't remember the name of it), the shrimp scampi, the Italian turkey burger...... Also the protein pancakes are really good (the ingredients sound gross but you don't taste the cottage cheese at all!)

Add some Mrs. Butterworth's sugar free syrup and they're almost like the real thing! That's good for me, because pancakes or waffles are something that I've eaten EVERY Saturday since I was a kid. I can't give them up!
