EDIT: I'm Back: More Biopsies, No PDT: I'm am scared ladies...please talk me down from this fear
I'm leaving in one hour to NYU for a second photodynamic therapy treatment, and all the images of the past are coming back...cancer discovery, surgeries, pain from photodynammic therapy.
I'm being irrational, and am just scared.
Please tell me everything is going to be fine. 
UPDATE:
Just got back from NYU. My MD looked at my face and is very happy with the cosmetic results, but felt it necessary to biopsy 4 more areas on my face. Because of these biopsies, we could not do the photodynamic therapy. Hopefully, all these areas will be benign and if so, then I will do the second photodynamic therapy next month.

You're not irrational AT ALL, that's scary stuff!!! BUT you are doing the right thing for yourself and your family, the fear hasn't stopped you from taking charge of your health and your life!!!!! Good luck today, all will be well!

YOU are going to be fine. you know why? because your kids need you. you will come through this with flying colors, you'll see. you are a very strong woman, and in the end, it will all be worth it.
