egg question- need help
we got the ok for eggs.
wanted to knowwhat everyones pediatrician said to start first.
i was told whites but hearing alot of moms say yolks.

I remember I started Julia on whites and she was fine, I know a lot of mom's on here will say yolk first,
If your Doctor said whites I would go with that.

My Dr had us start egg yolks at 8 months and since there was no reaction we got the okay do the whole egg..

I did egg whites first - but only because both of my kids wanted to taste my breakfast.

Yolks first but did you ped. say OK to the whole egg?
Ours did since we had no allergies in the family so I just started with the whole egg around 10 months I think. I may have done a yolk once or twice before that.

my dr said scramble just the yolk,,,dont give whites until 1 yo bc they are a highly allergic food.
