Egg Whites....
I was going to give DS the Stage 3 Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce with beef and I noticed the ingredients said egg whites. Is this ok to give him? I thought they weren't supposed to have egg whites until 12 months.

that is why Im holding off on Stage 3 foods till I see my PED for theri 9 month appointment

Id call the ped and see what they say but Im assuming there is such a small amount in there that it would be ok.
I cant believe Christopher is eating stage 3 meats!! Aly will noly eat the stage 3 fruits and veggies, the meats have chunks and they bother her. we are having a real hard time getting her to eat much table food...

Thanks. I think I will wait until his next appointment and ask.
Dawn...He hasn't had any stage 3 yet. I was going to try this one because he does really well with table food.
