Egg yolks
I hope this doesnt sound stupid but how do you give them just the yolk of the egg?

I hard boiled the egg. You can also separate it by cracking the egg and then keep the yolk part in one half and the white in the other and just cook that part.

At what age? The yolk is the only part you're supposed to give until a year. My DD just turned 1 today and she had her first scrambled "whole" egg. It was exciting!! I would usually give her the yolk from a hardboiled egg, cut up or mashed with water/breastmilk or I would separate the yolk and white and cook the yolk in the microwave for like 15 secs, then cut that up into pieces.

I thought I read somhwere on here that you are only supposed to give the whites until they are a year Then at age 1 you can give the yolks...or do I have it backward??

Egg whites are the part that most people have the allergy from

I separated the yolk from the white then fried it up for her. She loved it that way. DD didn't like her eggs hardboiled and still doesn't.
