Embarassing question....
Has this happened to anyone.
I sneezed real hard and some urine came out.
Is this normal??

That happened to me a lot between my 1st and 2nd trimester. Not so much anymore, but I don't know the reason why. I think it's pretty normal.

It didn't happen to me, but still happens to my older sister since she had her kids (aged 13 &9). To combat it, start doing Kegel exercises. Not only will it help with a vbirth if you decide to go that way, but help with the sneeze issue. Something you don't want to deal with afterwards.

Very normal - do you know this happens even if you are not pregnant, I mean it may be for us at this time, I just know many people who have this.

yep...happened to me a few times....be prepared for it after giving birth also....it does go away, although the farts still slip out at times!

Not to make you feel bad Diane but not only did it sometimes happen to me, but its happened to me several times AFTER I even wasnt pregnant anymore...
Kegels are sopposed to help a little but I swear I have done them and it just seems like your body changes a little during and after pregnany...
It sometimes happens if I get into a coughing fit too..
ahhhh the price we pay for having kids..lol

My SIL actually just had some kind of surgery to help tighten up that area and prevent that from happening since she's done having babies.
